**2005 sportster Head gasket issues** Posted: 9/5/2011 5:42:41 AM

Can anyone tell me which side the dowel o-rings go. On the top of the new head gaskt (fiber Gasket from Harley) or under. The manuel shows under, but they do not come up though the holes in the gasket. No way to force them. Hold the head gasket up off the cylinder deck? Did it like the book said and blew the gasket out assoon as I sterted it... Whats the deal? Does anone know.
